Cowboy TURf WARS

January 1-3, 2027

General Information:

Cowboy Turf Wars is hosted by the UW Women’s Soccer team and the Laramie Soccer Club at the UW Indoor Practice Facility on the campus of the University of Wyoming.

Games begin at 9am on Friday, January 1st, 2027, so please be prepared to play early. Game schedules will be published around December 10th to give you plenty of time to make travel plans.

Registration:

This tournament will fill very quickly. To better your chances of a spot for your team in CTW, register early. ALL COED TEAMS MUST BE ENTERED IN THE BOY’S DIVISION.

Open: Past Teams, October 1st, New Teams, October 15th

Close: November 15th

Fees:

U8 $300 U10 $350 U12 $450 U14 $475 U16 $490 U19 $490 (grade 12 or under) GotSport will also assess a $10/team fee at registration.

PASSES:

Coach Pass: $30 - If the coach is not currently certified with a club team. Link coming soon.

3-Day Player Pass: $15 - If the player does not have a current club player card. Link coming soon.

Refunds & Insurance:

Refund policy: If a team chooses to cancel their registration, a full refund will be given if it is requested before November 10, or if a replacement team can be found before tournament scheduling is completed. Teams that are accepted into the tournament and that have not paid in full by the time scheduling begins may be dropped from the tournament and replaced with a waitlisted team that has paid in full.

Optional insurance is available for purchase to cover your registration fee in the event of illness or weather cancellations, in addition to other covered items, and will be an add-on option during your team registration.

Efforts will be made to accept all teams into the tournament, even if you are on a waitlist.
