Indoor Soccer, the way it’s meant to be… on turf!

Cowboy Turf Wars is hosted by the UW Women’s Soccer team and the Laramie Soccer Club at the UW Indoor Practice Facility on the campus of the University of Wyoming.

ALL COED TEAMS MUST BE ENTERED IN THE BOY’S DIVISION

U8 $250

U10 $300

U12 $400

U14 $450

U16 $475

U19 $475 (all players must be enrolled in grade 12 or younger)

Coach Card $30 (if coach is not currently certified with a club team)

3-Day Player Pass $15 (if player does not have a current club player card)

Registration opens October 15 for all teams. All registrations close on November 15.

Efforts will be made to accept all teams into the tournament, even if you are on a waitlist.

This tournament will fill very quickly. To better your chances of a spot for your team in CTW, register early.

Roster Closing Date: December 15, 2025

Games begin at 9am on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, so please be prepared to play early. Game schedules will be published around December 10th to give you plenty of time to make travel plans.

Refund policy: If a team chooses to cancel their registration, a full refund will be given if it is requested before November 10, or if a replacement team can be found before tournament scheduling is completed. Teams that are accepted into the tournament and that have not paid in full by the time scheduling begins may be dropped from the tournament and replaced with a waitlisted team that has paid in full.

Optional insurance is available for purchase to cover your registration fee in the event of illness or weather cancellations in addition to other covered items.
