United Pre-academy Program
The LSC United Pre-Academy Program is an intramural style training program in which all of our U5, U6 and U7 age groups (Pre-Kindergarten through 1st Grade) players participate. The aim of our United Pre-Academy program is to prepare all participants to play and enjoy all levels of soccer in a fun, exciting and educational environment. Players practice in a group format, based on US Youth Soccer recommended development philosophy. After the LSC United Pre-Academy, players will have a choice to follow two paths, either towards the LSC Rec Plus program which will prepare players for competitive travel soccer, or to continue in the LSC MLS Go program.
MlS Go program
The LSC MLS Go Program builds on the the Pre-Academy Program, and is open to U8-U9 players (2nd Grade and 3rd Grade). The players in these age groups are broken into teams with parent volunteer coaches. Players will continue to develop their soccer skills, as well as learn teamwork and sportsmanship. The registration fee includes a full MLS branded soccer kit, jersey, shorts and socks.
Rec Plus program
The LSC Rec Plus Program is designed for players who are working on building their soccer skills so that they can move into a competitive soccer team in the future, and is open to U10-U11 players (4th Grade and 5th Grade). Sessions will be led by our Director of Coaching with assistance from parent volunteers. There will be a few travel games to Cheyenne to play friendly games in their recreational league.
Winter INdoor Clinic
The LSC Winter Indoor Clinic is held at our indoor field, The Pitch, and builds off of the fall Pre-Academy program, and is open for U5-U8 (Pre-Kindergarten-2nd Grade). These training sessions will include lots of fun games and skill building led by our Director of Coaching with assistance from parent coaches.
3v3 League
The LSC 3v3 League offers recreational level players an opportunity to refine footwork and game skills in a fast moving session with lots of touches on the ball, and is open for U9-U12 (3rd Grade-6th Grade). These sessions will have a short skills portion followed by 3v3 games.
